All members will be invited to attend the 25 Year Club function held in each state on an annual basis. This function recognises members' commitment and loyalty to the Company and the contribution they have made over a long period of time. The date for each annual state function will be determined in line with business commitments and venue availability. Current employees normally rostered to work on the day of the function will continue to be paid for the time off required to attend the function. Where travel time is required the day before or the day after the function, an annual leave form will need to be submitted for approval for those days.
New members of the 25 Year Club (New Inductees) will be invited to celebrate their induction at the annual function. To enable them to attend their induction into the 25 Year Club, new inductees travelling greater than 100 km to attend their closest function, will be provided with reimbursements for travel expenses, as well as accommodation booked by the Company at a preferred hotel.
Existing 25 Year Club Members travelling greater than 100 km to attend their closest function will be reimbursed up to $100 of the travel costs associated with attending the function.
To claim the reimbursement as an active team member, please complete the Expense Form via Success Factors and attach your receipt to be approved by the 25 Year Club Manager.
