  • What is my membership number?

    Your membership number is your employee number or the number that was provided to you when you first joined.

  • How do I log in?

    To log in as a member use your registered email address. You can use your employee number for first time log in ONLY, your password is the same you use when logging into awe.org.au. You can change this to what ever password you wish via your "Account Dashboard"

  • How do I get a new password?

    If you forget your password, you can click on “Forgot my password”. or when logged into website you can go to "Account Dashboard" and click on change password

  • How do I contact WOW Club?

    You can call us on 1300 796 293 or email wowclub@woolworths.com.au. You can simply click on "contact us" on top of the web page.

  • What happened to AWE?

    AWE rebranded and relaunched as WOW Club with more benefits to all Woolworths team members; past and present!

  • How do I refer employees to obtain WOW Club dollars?

    You can refer other employees that can generate more WOW Club Dollars as a result. The employee needs to add your details as the referee when they join as a member.

  • When will I get my order?

    This depends on the type of freight you have chosen. Please refer to My Orders once you log in to the WOW Club website and you will be able to see the status of your order. If you have ordered an e-ticket, you will receive this via e-mail.

  • Can I order tickets and get them via email?

    WOW Club offers a number of e-vouchers. Please check availability prior to purchasing your ticket.

  • How do I earn WOW Club dollars?

    You can earn WOW Club dollars simply by refering your colleagues or friends to join or by staying longer as a member.

  • Where can I use WOW Club dollars?

    You can use your WOW Club dollars on all products that display the WOW Club dollar symbol. This includes all products that are purchased via the WOW Club check out. Any items purchased on another site other than WOW Club, does not allow the use of WOW Club dollars.

  • Where is my membership card?

    Please let us know if you have not received your new membership pack/card by October 1st 2016

  • Why can't I click on my E-voucher on my mobile?

    Mobiles require up-to-date software that supports this function. Please check your software is updated or alternatively, please log on to a desktop to access this button.

  • Where does my e-voucher get sent to?

    Your e-vouchers will be sent to your registered email address attached to your Wow Club account and can also be found in 'My Account' under E-ticket-Coupon. You are able to change you email address in 'My Account'.

  • Why is my membership status showing zero years?

    In order to implement the new WOW Club Dollar program, Anniversary dates needed to be calculated from 2007, this being the year the club changed from a Victorian Organisation to a National one.

  • Does WOW Club communicate via SMS?

    Yes, we send occasional texts to let you know about our latest specials, so you don't miss out.

  • How can I earn WOW Club Dollars?

    You can refer friends to WOW Club and can earn up to 240 WOW Club Dollars a year.

  • What are WOW Club Dollars?

    WOW Club Dollars are an extra way of saving you money. They can be earned by refering others or just simply by staying longer as a member of WOW Club

  • What's the maximum amount of WOW Club Dollars I can redeem in one transaction?

    As many WOW Club Dollars as you have

  • Can I share my WOW Club Dollars with friends and family?

    No. Your WOW Club Dollars are non-transferable

  • Do WOW Club Dollars expire?

    Yes. WOW Club Dollars have 12 months validity from date of issue

  • What should I do if my WOW Club card is lost or stolen?

    Please contact WOW Club via 1300 796 293 or email wowclub@woolworths.com.au and request a new card.

  • What's your privacy policy?

  • What are WOW Club’s trading hours?

    Our offices are open from 8.30am to 5pm, however you can make purchases via the website 24 hours 7days a week.

  • Where is my nearest office?

    WOW Club has offices in Melbourne (Mulgrave) and Sydney (Norwest).

  • Do I need to be over 18 years of age to join WOW Club?

    No, you don't. Please contact the WOW Club Team for any further details

  • What information do I need to join online?

    Your employee number, name, email address, postal address, store number, location and contact phone number.

  • Is WOW Club part of the “Union”?

    No. We are a division of Woolworths.

  • How much are the price of ..... tickets?

    Visit wowclub.org.au and click on the product you are interested in, and the price will be listed there. You must be an active member of WOW Club to view special prices.

  • Can I book a Fun Day?

    WOW Club does not run Fun Days. You will receive an allocation of WOW Club Dollars every year and you can use your dollars on any product or service purchased via the WOW Club check out. WOW Club has introduced new programs  including WOW Club Experience and WOW Cubs!

  • Do you get tickets for every concert?

    We work with major partners and sometimes concerts aren’t available to group buyers like us. Please keep your eye out for our newsletter and our social media Facebook and Google+ Community.
